Been busy today - although off list.
Tackled my demons and cleared off the bookshelves (where the mouse made its appearance). Yes, it's taken me this long to muster up enough courage! I decided to wear some rubber gloves (just in case!!!) and nearly had a fit when I heard some 'squeaks'. After about three squeaks I realised it was the rubber glove rubbing against the shelf!!!!! Honestly - what a fuss about a tiny thing!!
While I was about it I cleaned out the bottom of the wardrobes - and nearly jumped a mile high when the dust bunnies leapt out at me!!
Apart from all that I have done the ironing, cleaned bathroom, hoovered upstairs etc.
Going to have a glass of vino collapso now.0 -
hiya.
Rang Tesco Broadband and have NOT cancelled, they asked for one ast chance to make it right and 1000 clubcard points to say sorry (crapolla service made me want to cancel) have told them they have a 10 day reprieve lol.
September childcare booked and August paid for.
Laundry folded
Lasagne made, 1 gone for tea, 1 gone for freezer
Pots washed, dried and put away
I dont think i am going to use my cleaning rota on here as its on the fridge and with few exceptions does get done daily so im going to go back to these little lists as i think i benefit more from these.
Still to do;

. Hubby phoned up about home insurance today, can't really find it much cheaper, but did manage to get them to send us £40 wine vouchers and £40 MOT Vouchers so thats good.

Evening all
Congratulations to you and DD, CY. That's good news.
60-odd crates unpacked at work. Only problem is that most of the stuff is still on the desks the kids will need to use next week and storage is very limited. 2 more crates left to do and homes to find for everything, so another early start for me (and probably a late-ish finish). We don't have any more days dedicated to unpacking - tomorrow and Friday are for training.Fine for people who didn't have to wait for a room until Tue lunch or spend a day helping to sort out the timetable. :mad:
I was so tired tonight that I had a powernap while DH was in the bath. Fortunately his tea was leftovers from yesterday, so didn't take long.

WM on, most ironed clothes put away and tomorrow's clothes sorted. Going to watch something I've recorded, multi-task by dealing with some old e-mails and finish jobs during the adverts.
Next Wednesday I'll have to hand in my work laptop to be set up for the new school. All laptops will be wiped clear, set up again and then re-issued. On the same day our phone and internet are due to be switched to sky, so I'll have to save anything important to a memory stick before.0
