That's awful lokitty . I had a similar thing happen to me but for £40.00 twice. The bank reimbursed me after some clarification which took about a week I seem to remember. So try not to worry your bank will credit your account with the full amount which has fraudulently been taken.

Cheers and thx to all in here for the advice just got my first apg (£12.93) for a £21.90 spend. I have not had the time recently to try this with being on holiday and other things happening but i will be trying the shampoo tomorrow for the OH and thank's again :T

Never mind, I got all the details from HUKD instead.

I see the same guy as before is cut/pasting this glitch too and failing to give credit to the individuals again. I don't believe him when he says this is the last time he'll do it

Anyway, I'm off to use up my 2 loreal shampoo vouchers ;-)

Thanks Woopsiequeen, yes DH said the same. I am going into the bank tomorrow morning so will ask them. Have gone through my statement again to make sure that there is nothing else dodgy but it looks like they have taken off all the dodgy transactions so hopefully that will be mean that it will be okay.
