    Good evening all.

The 3 for 2 thing seems to be causing much confusion, so can I summarise, and if I get it wrong please say so!

Its a glitch so not a logical one to explain (if someone can explain it then please feel free as it is frying my head!)

Basically the upshot is: Check products on Tesco if in the 3 for 2

Buy three, ideally one cheap and two dear, at Asda, (along with 7 or so others to make up the APG). You'll pay full price but get an APG back for pretty much the price of the two more expensive ones.

Is that a fair summary or am I talking ballcocks?!

best summary so far well done!!:j

Should the 900ml Tresseme compare even though Sainsbugs are selling at £2.34?

I'm aiming for 2 x 900ml Tresemme conditioners and an Alberto Balsam shampoo 400ml

Do brains better than mine think it will work.....

    Car engine running,......:)

Just tried to use the remaining pizza coupons and get some shopping and my card was declined :(. Felt really embarassed at the till. I was paid today so I knew that it was all okay. Spoke to the bank and there has been fraud on my card yesterday and today so they have stopped it. Some one tried to take £1100 today and they got over £400 yesterday !. I am so careful with my card, and never usually let it out my sight. The only thing I can think of is when we had lunch in a pub in Birmingham on Monday and the girl took it under the counter albeit only for second but I guess that it is all it takes. So now I have to wait for 7-10 days for a new card and wait to hear what will happen about the money they took. The guy on the phone said that I should get it back but they need to check that the company has not sent out the goods. They took a £1.50 itunes payment first, the guy said it was probably to check and then they went spending. I just dont know how they got through the visa verification though.

That is so awful. I'm surprised it didn't get authorized given the sudden change in spending. I would be peed off. I hope you get your money back some how!

Sorry to hear that lokitty I would be  too as you say all it needs take is a second and they have your details:(

DH hates to use a card when we are out he always carries cash these days just to be safe he says. I am slowly getting him round to using a credit card which he only got in March (he hates credit cards :rotfl::rotfl:)
The bank should be ok about giving you the money back as I think DS3 had 2 payments taken from his bank account last year. Anyway hope you get sorted out x

I have my receipt to put in for apg, it is telling me can't find details.
Is there anything I can do to force it?

It should be there, just very carefully double check and carefull input all the info. I've had that before, when I've got one digit wrong.

  • Hiya,
I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have inputted my Asda receipt details and have received a voucher and it says 'print voucher' but I am on my laptop which is not connected to a printer. Have I now lost my voucher or can I save it somewhere and print it later? Doh, first time doing APG!
Thanks to aau1 for the tk find.
