Hi guys - off topic but looking for a little advice.

My ten year old fell off a friends skateboard earlier and has a huge bump on his head. I have done all the things you are supposed too - cold compress, checking he is not feeling dizzy ect and too be honest with three boys I am a little blase about these things now, usually my attitude is if they have the energy to cry loud they will probably survive! But .... he is complaining that his jaw hurts when he opens his mouth, which I think is a little odd.

I rang NHS direct as my partner works nights and I don't want to drag all the little ones out to A and E and it turns out to be nothing and they don't seem overley concerned, saying he has probly jarred it, and I just need to keep an eye on him and wake him every 2 hours to check his responses.

Has anyone else heard of this happening?

Just tried to use the remaining pizza coupons and get some shopping and my card was declined :(. Felt really embarassed at the till. I was paid today so I knew that it was all okay. Spoke to the bank and there has been fraud on my card yesterday and today so they have stopped it. Some one tried to take £1100 today and they got over £400 yesterday !. I am so careful with my card, and never usually let it out my sight. The only thing I can think of is when we had lunch in a pub in Birmingham on Monday and the girl took it under the counter albeit only for second but I guess that it is all it takes. So now I have to wait for 7-10 days for a new card and wait to hear what will happen about the money they took. The guy on the phone said that I should get it back but they need to check that the company has not sent out the goods. They took a £1.50 itunes payment first, the guy said it was probably to check and then they went spending. I just dont know how they got through the visa verification though.

Sorry for all the trouble it's causing you but at least now you will allways know to keep your card where you can see it as the people that do this only need a second to swipe and clone.
I have a friend who had his house broken into but did not realise as the house just look like a mess and he had just argued with the OH about the subject so thought that she was winding him up when he got home from work ( as no electrical items where taken apart from a laptop which was noticed later) hence after acouple of days via internet banking he ha a couple of grand gone from his account before HE contacted the bank asking questions.
