    the police!!.......
with the updated info now and new research. A new investigation will show its deliberate and " not just a business gone wrong " and hopefully it will prove positive in getting rid of her for good!! But as we know bad pennies always turn up..
oh will add that because its nationwide authorites are passing the buck and wont collate all their information together!!! ( i have been passed between 2 because a different county dealt with it last time!!! )

City of London will be the best way of doing it. I've just done a Facebook page which is below.

On iPad, so can't do a fancy link. Sorry. I will update the group when I get onto Facebook on my Mac.

If we club together, we may get some notice. Please remember to post your stories so that we donT get closed down. I will also include a link to this thread as the 'official' line on MSE.

    Let's go!

I have joined and have posted solely for the reason of adding weight to this thread.

My wife has paid a massive £450 to this 'company' for a party for my daughter and her friends. Less than a week before it was due to happen they emailed my wife cancelling and promising a full refund. Our daughter was distraught and in floods of tears all day and again last weekend when her party was due.

My wife has been emailing/phoning chasing and surprise surprise no response. She found this thread but doesn't post on forums - I do, so am happy to post if this will help anyone.

She is going to contact the police and trading standards and the credit card company to see if we get any joy with money back - but are not holding our breath :-(

Madmayo - thanks for starting this and letting people know - {Edited by Forum team} are bad enough but as others have said {Edited by Forum team} preying on children are the lowest of the low.

I hope you succeed in getting your money back..
I have spoke to trading standards as well.. still waititng a call back..

I contacted net mums as well regarding all her adverts on them and they have been removed. They were more than helpful.. Those adverts were so annoying me knowing what she was doing so I had to do something about it......

she advertises all over the place via the internet and will be a tedious job contacting them all to get them removed. I do send this link as evidence of so many parents being {Edited by Forum team}.

OP - You might want to add GBGSALONS to the thread title as it would appear she has re-branded.

You would be surprised how many addresses pop up when you Google their freephone number 08006899207

If everyone phones the freephone number, presumably that would start to rack up costs for her?

It would also stop other people being able to get through, and {Edited by Forum team}.

I think exposure is paramount, the more people check up on a company (as many do for reassurance before getting their feet wet), the more likely it is they will find these warnings.

If we can help just one family from spoiling a child's birthday party, it has to be worth the effort. ;)

I too have been {Edited by Forum team} by this company luckily I got wind that they wouldn't turn up after reading something on FB. I have lost my deposit but at least I had a chance to arrange something else for my Daughters party, unlike lots of other people who only found out last minute. I was shocked to see the website is back up and running.... I can't believe she is trying to {Edited by Forum team} more people. Have a read and see what you make of the refund email part ? on the about us tab ?
