Just been {Edited by Forum team}. It was my daughters 13th Birthday on Saturday (15th Sept) and they didn't turn up - she was devastated and felt really embarrassed infront of her friends. :mad:

I've just been trawling this forum and I'm now even more frustrated as it seems we cannot do anything about it.

Does anyone know what can be done - legally? Why hasn't Trading Standards prosecuted her/them? What about Dominic Littlewood from the BBC - has anyone tried him?

I've googled their so called shop address of 2 Ashtree Road, Oldbury -i thought i'd at least I know where to find them. However, it is not a shop, its a house - and the householders are probably completely innocent.

the address i had leads to a salon ( been there but all closed up.... done a runner according to neighbouring shops and residents!

trading standards and police have been notified with all details given ( I assume they need more people to complain ) tho they did catch up with 3 years or so ago and gave her a little pat on the head, pay everyone back and stop being a naughty girl.. but where did that lead?? Here!!

I've just registered my complaint with Trading Standards.

If you have not done so already, please register your complaint to them also - this will increase the chance of them taking action against this monster.

I've also searched for the person who has registered the new website address. His name is {Edited by Forum team}. Apparantly he and {Edited by Forum team} are partners - so their both in it together.

I will be trying to discredit GBG at every opportunity e.g. feedback forums, local directories etc - please do the same. Together lets nail this scum.

my complaint has been registered to trading standards some time ago ( they were supposed to get back to me but never did ) I have also notified sites where she advertises too.. and luckily one main site have removed all adverts,

Just to give you a little update, I emailed The Mirrors http://blogs.mirror.co.uk/investigations/ last week regarding this giving them the history behind little divaz and the current scam they have ongoing and how it is much bigger this time due to voucher sites etc and how she always blames staff for late cancellations but still never pays people back.

Well they contacted me late this afternoon saying they would like to know more but as I wasn't affected can I let all those that were know that they are interested and to email them your experience, what you lost etc etc. Be succinct to the point etc etc. They are aware of the threads now after what I sent and the more emails the better.

So please if you wish them to investigate email the following address with the subject title "Grumpy but Gorgeous"

I dont recall her paying anyone back before. Also I have had a look at some of her adverts where she says she is based in that area (Outside the midlands) and googling gives some warehouse address that is obviously not the address but one she has picked up

trading standards ordered her to pay people back but never did..

Ive been following this thread with interest, having caught up with her previous shenanigans in the other thread.
The thing that's bothering me the most is that this woman's company is all over the net, but it's almost impossible to find anything that reveals her real way of doing business.
Didn't the local paper cover the salon closing but owing money to staff and clients?

I've just realised I've been {Edited by Forum team} by this woman! I had a party booked through her on Saturday (22nd) and I've just received an email saying all her staff have walked out so she can't do my party. Thankfully, I've managed to arrange another party with someone else, but I don't know if I'll get my money back. Her email says she's refunded my card, but I'll have to wait and find out if she has. I'm so annoyed :mad:
