    I started the switch through moneysupermarket. com on 29 August. I received an email from them a few days ago, with a link to set up my online account. I've also just received a welcome pack through the post.

    So, the answer to badger09's question is that so long as you've received the confirmation email I think all will be well.

    Thank you for that. Now have to keep all my badger claws :rotfl: crossed that I get the welcome pack, otherwise its likely to be a very chilly winter here in badger sett :eek:
