Those veg prices certainly help with my food budget. So far I have chopped a batch of each up and had a few stir fries.
Today I'm going to prep some batches of mashed potatoes for the freezer. I'll also ribbon a few cabbages and freeze them.
I'm going to dice a few bags of onions as well.
They all freeze well and it will save time once the holiday weekend is out of the way also.
I'm going to meal plan for the next two weeks based around them. Any meal ideas would be great£36/£240

Morning all,
I've been and bought the 25p veg from Aldi. I want to freeze some of the potatoes, carrots, parsnips and suede as there's only me to eat them. Do I need to part cook them first?
