Welcome Sazdaz, although sorry to hear the circumstances that have bought you here. I do hope that your ex is taking part of the responsibility for the debts too :(

  • Morning all :D

    I have a bumper £226 to add :j:j:j

i was in 2 minds yesterday, we have a small midweek carboot sale nearby, whenever i have been as a buyer its been pretty rubbish, the stuff for sale is proper tat.

Well i decided to sell off a load of bits and bobs, expecting to maybe make £50...i had a crazy sale, sold EVERYTHING!! and came home with £226 an empty car, and lots of new space in the shed :T....and it was only £4 for the stall too!

In not so good news..ebay have removed an item i was selling for trademark voilation!! im selling some trainers and put the word ZUMBA! in the title. very annoying, they had 7 watchers at £24.99. i'll relist and change the title.

    hope everyones well

  • Good grief I've been missing for a few days (DH been in hospital) and have had 5 pages to catch up on!! Hi to all the newbies and glad everyone seems pretty much ok. Sorry to hear about your split Sazdaz.

£5 for a free week at fat club and a whole 36p interest to add. Will try to ramp up the money making now that DH is home and things are more settled.

Wish every day was like this! :)
  • Thanks beccie :A.

DH had a severe head injury last year due to a motorbike accident (9 weeks in hospital) and has been long term sick since due to memory and cognitive problems. He recently started having seizures (the most scary thing I've ever witnessed ) and is now on anti epilepsy drugs. It's been a long road!

  • i don't think i'll count any money i've saved on buying things if there were offers on etc, gonna just try and physically earn extra per day! We don't get paid overtimein my work, so my hours get banked until i have enough for a day off. Gonna be relying on surveys, topcashback, and ebay really!

:( plmbl, sounds very scary, fingers crossed for you that the drugs work well for him to control the seizures, and I'm pleased to hear that things are a bit more settled now.

£9.50 to add from me this morning from 3 Facebook sales, all of whom turned up when they said, which makes a nice change!
Although £6 of it was someone who wanted something we put on this morning, commented after less than a minute, and sent her hubby round 10 mins later :D Wish they were all like that!
I'm determined to sell something for 50p now so I can literally say I've got £10 cash extra in my hand today :)
