The visas etc doesn't matter as I can go somewhere else if it is an issue. I just want to know the consequences of fleeing regarding what the loan companies can do and can I come back to visit or will the statute barred clock start ticking again?
Why not spend the time trying to come up with a legal solution to your problem?Chicotime1 wrote: »You don't see, to understand what I've outlined. They will be paid with the pay day loans. It's the pay day loan companies actions I'm currently asking about.
Which PDL lender will lend you £4000?0 -

Yes sorry, got carried away.0 -
Have explained - you will not get legit loans to £4k without fraud, fraud means real chance of warrant which will wait for you. You would need to not come back in a very long time were that the case.0

400 off 10 pdl companies Is 4000 I'm not expecting to get it all from 1 company.
I understand a debt can only be considered statute barred if your creditor hasn't taken court action, is this correct?0 -

All I'm asking is the 3 questions in my above post.
I'm only trying to offer some constructive advice, as you obviously haven't researched this plan too well.
Prob wouldn't be too good a situation if you borrowed the cash, spent £600 on a flight to oz, only to get there and only then realised you couldn't work, would it?
But back to your original question. A debt is barred in England after 6 years if you have made no acknowledgement or payment towards the debt during this time.
This doesn't mean the debt vanishes so to speak, it's still there on your credit file. It just means the lender can't pursue you for it.0 -
Modertator, please can you close this thread.
Pretty sure the OP is !!!!!!!!ting us now. There is no debt, he's just wasting peoples time asking stupid questions.0 -

All I want to know is what will happen as a result?
If I'm away for 6 years will this be statute barred?
Also can I visit the uk in this time?
Visiting the UK would have no impact on this.
Your credit report will definitely be damaged for 6 years, maybe longer (I'm not sure how the National Hunter thing would work with this sort of fraud).
I also don't know how your credit report follows you to other countries, but CCJs are court proceedings, and while not criminal, they may be readable in other countries. Not to mention that taking a loan and intending not to pay it back is definitely fraud and is a criminal offence.
Basically, I understand your desperation but I dot't think your plan can possibly work.
If it was possible to get a payday loan, what would stop you doing that then agreeing a payment plan with the lender rather than trying to skip town?Do you not know that a man is not dead while his name is still spoken?

Yes. but Your 'plan' to take £400 from 10 PDL is stupid and will not work.0
