Do you know if I'll be able to come back to visit or will that affect the 6years thing?
Then you have no experience of debt collection. Do you think they'll just accept that you have left the country and leave it at that?0 -
Well after 6 yrs I suppose statute barred debts, however you're also likely to get a CCJ in that time which could be waiting for you.
You would need to revert to fraud BTW, each lender may be good for £400 and you would have to declare other borrowing.
How about asking your employer for a partial loan? They can deduct it from your wages at least, and you can go and sleep in a shared house/friends floor/tent in someones garden for a few months to get clear.
I trust you have cut up all your cards/on a bookies blacklist now? Otherwise you will just do it again thinking just one goood day at the dogs and it'll all be ok....
But seriously, a parent will sell the car/remortgage the house once to bail you out quite possibly.0 -
I've watched way too much Underbelly, Sons of Anarchy and The Godfather, if you say these nasty people are as bad as you say then they will go to certain lengths to either find you or find out where you family and politely over a cup of tea ask them where you now reside.0

You say you are a gambler. What if you carry on gambling in Aus? You may have to flee Aus and leave your friends/family there in a situation they dont deserve to be in. If none of your family/friends in the UK have got 4k to lend you explain what is going on and ask them if they would take a loan out for you and set up a direct debit from your account....doing it your way is going to turn you from a gambler into a thief.
All I'm asking for is information. I'm asking questions and being answered with something completely different. I don't mean to sound rude but I don't have much time and would like to know everything I can regarding the possible scenario I have said in my first post.
The visas etc doesn't matter as I can go somewhere else if it is an issue. I just want to know the consequences of fleeing regarding what the loan companies can do and can I come back to visit or will the statute barred clock start ticking again?0 -

You don't see, to understand what I've outlined. They will be paid with the pay day loans. It's the pay day loan companies actions I'm currently asking about.0 -

How has your debt doubled in the last half hour ? Thought it was 4k ?0 -

First question is can you actually borrow the 4k ? If not then think of another scheme.
Its 6 years and thats it, not sure what happens if you enter the UK before 6 years is up.
What if you cant get 4k from pdl's ? I know they can be unscrupulous but lending 4k, might be a long shot, even using 4 might be even more of a long shot.0
