There are so many fast food outlets in the student area I live near, that donners are £3.20ish, pizzas are from 4 quid, made fresh from a lump of dough and topped in front of you (ie not pre-made and frozen). Free delivery for most places if you spend over a fiver too. Lovely

I can buy a lamb or chicken kebab for £5 here! No idea how much a donner is, wouldn't touch one with a barge pole :eek:

Had a very similar situation.

Ordered a pizza, it was rank... told them about it and the restaurant said 'It was up to their quality standards' so no refund.

Spoke to Just eat who said the restaurant refuse a refund but will give you a free item next time, as they won't budge they can't do anything.

Shocking service... all the restaurant have to do every single time is say 'No' and just eat just nod and agree.

Refuse to use them now.

Just eat are appalling. I used them once thinking....ohhh they deliver here. Took the money then the takeaway rang and said sorry no can do.

Had to wait for my money back for ages.
