Anything can sell if you keep lowering the price. Demand increases with lower pricing - think of how many people would be interested in a dump in the worst part of town if it was on offer for a tenner.0

You will sell at a certain price, but how long will it take? as soon as you are competing with another property which is better presented at a similar (or higher price) then potential buyers will make a choice0 -
I know the area well, Its not the most desirably sorry to say, but as others have said, your house simply does not stand out.
I would take a look at the linked posted by Mobeer and take some inspiration.0
