Are all properties sellable?

Been trying to sell a property recently but to no avail, so have changed agent, hopefully that will work, however is there such a thing as regardless how much your price the property it wont sell, due to lack of demand etc.

No anything will sell if priced right including houses.

There is demand for well priced houses just not overpriced ones.

  • Almost anything will sell if it's cheap enough.

If you give a rightmove (etc) link we can suggest why you're not achieving £999,999.99 for your leaky air-raid shelter on Benbecula.

What makes you think another agent will make the difference? Admittedly they might be a bit more enthusiastic for the first couple of weeks.

Yes, how else do you explain properties selling in notorious estates? Of course, if it is an undesirable house in certain aspects price will be a factor. Properties will sell in Brixton, in Moss Side, in Toxteth, in Corby and other areas with a reputation.

As a new member, you cannot post links yet, but if there is a reference number for your property, you can add that to a post and someone else can put a link on for you.

If the "your move" you refer to is the High Street agents, have they not put it on Rightmove as part of your deal? Most agents offer this.

    Is this it? http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-39107483.html

If so it is also on the Rightmove site.
