Think I'll make a special draw for these people I hope the word is spread about this sooner or later! It's awful how victims fall for this hence why I did panic but then used google and posted on here to find outl There is lots of info and forums upon this company and other companies which all said don't pay and ignore even if they resurface months or years later.

No point in worrying now i shall inform if i do recieve anything else via email or letters but I'll be sure to check it upon the template letters that are uploaded on another board

Well to my shock I recieved this a couple of minutes ago:


Dear Madam,

With reference to the Parking Notice issued to the above vehicle, after
reviewing our data and in view of the representations made in connection
with its issue, we have decided to cancel this Notice and no further
action is to be taken.

Shocked they are willing to lose money :rotfl:

Wonder how long it will be until I still get notices to pay and debt collectors letters anyway Hummm...

Now I am really distressed I set up that special draw for all their letters and threats :rotfl:

Feeling slightly victorious in a way though :j

You need to scan that one in. I doubt anyone has ever seen a letter like that before!

Was an email I recieved upon checking my mail on my iphone! Could always print screen the email when I'm at home later and people can take a look .

Doubt it happens often and will still be waiting for their delightful post to either say it's been dismissed or demanding more.... We know what these companies are like!

The hamster will freeze without all that bedding they were going to send.

Maybe report them to the RSPCA?

Sure they could be reported for a few things these people!

Looks like I'll have to pay out for bedding for the hamsters than shredding their delightful letters I wanted to receive so much :rotfl:

Private parking companies do grant appeals sometimes. Of course, it could have something to do with the fact that the British Parking Association has quoted (ie. guessed?) a figure for successful appeals, and therefore expects its members to keep to this.

I do worry about using private ticketing company/debt collector/solicitor letters as small pet bedding. Too much acid.

Yeah true seems all companies are the same like when I was told the DVLA only pass so many people a day in driving tests etc (no idea if that's true was just told :undecided)

I still don't trust it will be the end of it don't know why and not that I was worried anyway knowing just to ignore and file in my special draw - now you've said it won't use it as hamster bedding :rotfl:

They accepted an appeal ? They must be having a funny half hour, or a yts trainee sent the wrong email
