quick update... got my letter from the OR on Saturday (a week and day from the BR date), the posts about the cheap envelopes were right :rotfl: more form filing but fairly straightforward, very clear letter with what to do and telling me I have my Telephone interview on Thursday, the only odd thing is that all the info they want has to be back with them by Thursday for the interview so a bit of a rush, but you do get a stamped addressed envelope (guess for £450 you would expect that!)

Before the call just look through your 6.28/SOA so your familiar with what you have said. The OR will just go through your 6.28/SOA with you. Also before the call have a big mug of tea ready or a bottle of water, and while they are writing things down you can have sips of tea/water, so you don't feel you have to fill in the pauses. And if you don’t know the answer to a question just say so. Do have a list with all questions ‘you’ want to ask.
Can last anything from half an hour to an hour and a half.

Hi everyone, thx for all your messages of support and welcome to new members.Well, the OR called me today. A very nice chap giving me a courtesy call to arrange the full telephone I/V asking me to prepare by obtaining DMP and pension ref numbers etc. Very polite and non-judgmental. Also told me what to say to creditors and confirmed a few issues like bank account. So, I/V on Wednesday. Fingers crossed....

This club is for everyone who has gone or going through the process of Bankruptcy during September 2012. So please feel free to join and post.

Pop your name on here, the date that you went Bankrupt and the stage that you are at now in your Bankruptcy. And then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your BR journey. That way we can all stick together and compare notes and we will be there to support each other throughout the different stages in our Bankruptcy.

Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help us all and you are all welcome. Any important questions that need answering please still post them on the main board, as you will receive more advice and help.
Hopefully it will be an extra place for friendship and support as we compare notes and discuss what is happening with our Bankruptcies.
