Morning Tete
I did the Harcombe diet a little while ago and while I stuck to all the other rules except for tea which I drink with milk but no sugar.
And I still lost 10lbs in the first 5 days!Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
Wow Beccie!
I'm aiming not to cheat at all in the first five days, just because I think once I start it'll open the floodgates!

Good for you for doing it properly, I'm just a wuss and couldn't face the headaches from coming off caffeine
I convinced a girl I work with at the pub to do it as well and she came off her 10 cans a day Red Bull addiction, I was so impressed!Debt at LBM Apr 2010 £28,767 Debt free as of Nov 2013 :j0 -
Blimey - I bet SHE had a headache! No idea how anyone can drink that vile stuff - blegh! Luckily I don't drink a lot in the way of fizzy drinks anyway so nothing to give up there, just my coffee. Don't feel too bad so far, head is no fuggier than it would be on a normal Monday morning really!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

I thought that Wendz, you're so close to it and the wedding is still six months away! Just make sure you don't go too far the other way and have your dress hanging off you!
I'd been feeling fine until I had my lunch and now I can feel the ghost of a headache trying to break out - eek! Going to just keep drinking plenty of water and hope for the best :undecidedWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Hope the headache stayed away! Sadly detoxing can leave you feeling grotty for the first few days and it's a slog to get past it, don't be too proud to pop a couple of headache pills!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0

It's still there a bit. I refuse to admit I'm actually addicted to caffeine! Still aiming to go for a run tonight, I'm hoping it'll clear the cobwebs :undecidedWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0
