    FWIW, BACS is owned by the retail banks in the UK. It's a bit rich to charge for an o/d if it's caused by a company you own!

    My direct debits come out on the 1st if I don't get payed I bet they whack charges on it

    they shouldn't do if it's a fault of the bank....(hopefully)
