Hello all *grins sheepishly*
been to work ALL DAY today and we're STILL not ready for the new term- but getting there *sighs deeply*
Welcome noobs - grr at KH Piggers.
Lamewolf has answered some posts eloquently (as per) so, basically ditto.
Cannot get on to ebay for soem reason. I have much to do so must get on. Might start with a little gentle ironing :rotfl:Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
Thank you Honey Bear0 -
Well I got a bit carried away with the ironing and 3 hours later the basket is empty and decluttered to appropriate bedrooms. The only problem is that all the draws need a good sort through so I think that will need to be a job for tomorrow.
My list currently looks like this:
Wednesday - Master bedroom and Landing
Level One
Vacuum the floors
Level Three
Polish any glass bits.. table tops, lamps, mirrors etc
Declutter and wipe the bedside tables... or whatever area you use as a dumping ground!
Think realistically this will have to wait until tomorrow as my DS's won't sleep if they think I am upstairs.
Anyway, hope everyone has a productive eveningDeclutter challenge - 81/1500 (5.4%)
Make £2,021 in 2021 - £148.95/£2,021 (7.3%)0 -

I'm really pleased with my bedroom, which, to be honest hasn't had a thorough clean since we moved back in 5 months ago, BUT also to be fair, it's been the storage room for the other bedrooms whilst they've been getting decorated, it looks so nice now though, I'm so pleased
Hugs all round, there's lots of you having issues at the moment xx0 -

Just grabbing 5 mins before cleaning up after dinner.
Will update list later but have been back to town and got a refund on DH's jumper (which I htought was a medium and too small - it was a Large and too small ) Went to Jess*ps who knew nothing about the cameras I wanted to compare so went out of town to PC world where they had all 3 on display and after much texting DH I bought the one he wanted! The spec isnt quite so good at the one I was erring for but it is pretty cool being a smart camera and able to connect to wifi directly to email pics but still light enough, tiny enough and easy enough to be a point and shoot one.
One lost for dinner as DS (son not sister) at work but one gained as DD has friend round who brought a massive GF cake and a loaf of bread for me
. Think I will save them for Friday though as the friend is also GF and then she can eat her way through the cake too.
Thanks re KH.. I thought I was doing my best to be accommodating.. but DD3 wants to go on her trip with her new friends and the girls want to go to the bbq and it isn't like they have a plane to catch..
As they are growing up they are seeing what he is really like and making their own decisions. I think that says it all really.
amyloofoo - have a massive hug hunny and fingers crossed it was a one off with work.Just had to share, littlest moo has done her first wee on the potty! I'm taking it on hol with us to keep up the momentum, lol.

Nice to see you back Dusty. It reminded me of when we were kids. Dad always used to take us to Blackpool on bank holiday week. He was (and still is) very shrewd with money and knew that by going up then, that was when they used to test the illuminations so we got to see a lot of them, for about half the price. He was MSE before Martin was :money:.
More from my list beckons then I'll track back and hopefully update.
Mmm, I could really do with another of my HM thickshakes for my throat but there was about a quarter of a tub of icecream in the last one  but my goodness it worked. Will have to settle for a strepsil, not quite the same.
And Piggers surely not - you'd know wouldnt you?!!!
 back at embb - did you get the tyre sorted. And did you move, I thought youd been there longer than 7 months (terrible memory)Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
Bossy well done to the Little Moo
List up for tomorrow. Cooked dinner, DH tidying up. Way behind with the flying and tomorrow I'm busy all day seeing 3 different lots of people so no hope of anything other than a S&S then - leading by example as always lolThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
