Hello, been off line for a couple of days sorting out new floor and haven't had a chance to read through thread, but hugs where needed.

Today, we've finished getting house back to normal. Every room except bathrooms had furniture from the living room in it. I've vacuumed and swept through the house and walked the dogs.

Not sure what I'll be doing with rest of afternoon yet, but I won't be going out again as the weather is dreadful.
Spend less now, work less later.

Friday evening to Sunday.. so I made plans for Friday.. .. now he wants them thursday night and I said no, we planned to do stuff based on what he wanted... I'm not unreasonable am I? Does he just want them on Thursday night or on Thursday til Sunday? You're not being unreasonable either way, but if it's the latter can you not just merrily wave goodbye to the girls for an extra night, leave OH with the others and take some time to yourself? Maybe I'm just being mean :rotfl:

DH is still in bed. I've given up with him today :o

Question.. Does anyone have one of these heated airers like they have in Lakeland??? If so are they any good?? I need to get loads dried over winter and do not want to put jeans and towels in the dryer.

I ordered one yesterday. Rowan tree and bonnie_bumpkins both say they are good and the reviews on Lakeland are good. There are only two of us here and I hate our washing spread all over the place - goodness only knows what it is like for you!!

I was supposed to going out for the day with a friend. Well, we got there BUT it was raining so hard you literally couldn't see more than a few yards ahead) so we didn't even get out of the car and came straight back home!

DD3 is on a trip with summer school and the 2 girls have been invited to a BBQ after their church summer club which all 3 want to do .. I signed the trip form last Tuesday and booked the girls in for the bbq this Tuesday morning then at 9pm on tuesday he decided he wanted them friday morning and today said thursday night... He is well pee'd that I have finally said no. I let him have them whenever he wants just so he sees them, I cancel my plans and change weekends away because he makes plans for himself and doesn't want them (such as cancelling him having them last weekend so he could do a car boot!! .. seruously) I have not once in 3.5 years said no.. but I am pig sick of him calling the shots.. apparently I am 'pathetic' because I said no! ..

Right.. off, in the rain, to collect DD3.. gleefulness!!

;)Aww, bless!:D I usually squeeze my fat bottom into very small drawers.....:rotfl:[/QUOTE]

And so do I! You've really made me laugh Lamewolf, and Hex, I'll still bless 'little' George's heart!! One of the strays we looked after bit my OH twice, for no apparent reason, but thankfully, not me. (Doesn't that sound mean?!). X
