Hi today is Friday! i have added my ebay cash into my 10week challenge pot today, im doing ok, average return each week, happy that im making money from my unwanted items, still got a item that doesnt end till saturday so its starting my weekly ebaying cash off to a good start. only weeks 8/9 and 10 to go till ive completed my 10 week challenge, wow i never thought i would be looking at this return. i cannot grumble. lol.
Its free weekend on ebay this week end so ive collected my items to enter, ironed and detailed ready for tomorrows entry, cant wait to see if these will get bidded on.. only time will tell.
another £2 coin went in the pot today, that pot is growing well. and my beauty points are collecting at a nice rate, so all the toiletries we need in the coming months will be coming from my beauty points shop! so im on the bargin hunt for all the 99p shower gels and hair products so my points stretch further. always saving somewhere!
Well im off upstairs to sort out the xmas pressies ive been buying and start wrapping, making my list of what i still need to buy! everythings on a budget now, next years too! lol dont want to sound mean but im sure everyone will be happy with what they recieve.

Hi home made happiness,
well done for you counting all that money up, its easy to put them coppers in the pot. its amazing how quick they grow,
why dont u start a £2 pot, i think twice about spending them, and when i enter them in my pot i say " whoo whoo! another 2!"
work wise. im in health care. jobs getting worse, wish i could just up sticks and leave. cant so i need to regroup myself lol and stick it out till i get something else. xx.0 -
Monday is here! whoo whoo! im not going to start the week with the monday morning blues. So Monday is the start of the new week, i feel a good week coming on! Yay!
Lets start with news. D youngest D has moved back home! hmm good or bad she needs me at the moment, house is a total mess from all her baggage. and already moving bedrooms. How long she is here with me is another question.. So i guess my budget has got to stretch alittle further at the minute, as she has no funds to contribute, and a job that can only offer 2 days work. Im hoping she will find a new job soon..
Other news D gdaughter is on the mend, last week was heart breaking to see her in that hospital bed. so happy shes on the mend.
Start of my working week, ive got 6 shifts from 7 days, yet some of the working hours are only 4. lucky ive picked up another 5 hours today. so all in all ive got 9hrs today. pay is a pitance so extra hours are good at the minute. will hopefully pick up more as the week goes on.
I've took advantage of Ebays free listing weekend, i have 13 items for sale. two items sold over the weekend so ive already got £28.50 in my account for this weeks total, also ive got a bid on one item so at least that will be added by thursday night. some things being watched..... please dont watch, please bid. lol......
Anyway £8 as been added to the £2 pot this weekend, DH won £15 on the lottery so he bought some more tickets and gave me £8 for our pot. happy happy happy!
5 weeks to go to my holiday. cant wait. plenty of spending money now with my challenge money doing so well. Im very happy i challenged myself and i will start again after my 10 wk challenge is over. I would never have guessed i would get this far, I have made some new friends along the way, learnt alot and got some great advice. im learning everyday and everyday i want to be more savvi with my money, especially my well earnt money.... knowing i can live on a budget is better than fluttering money away.
Christmas is still on a budget. and i am determined it will remain a happy joyous time in our home.
So here is to a very good week, not worrying about the debts so much now. as i know im ready to face anything now that i have grabbed the debts and faced them head on. anything can be done.
Have fun with it. enjoy your week, much love Pantherchick xx.0 -

Hi there. trying to keep myself up beat, with all the glume in the world. dd is back but keeps stopping out, so not really had a settling in period as yet, still to come me thinks. lol.
Gd is on the mend, although i do believe its got alot to do with all the extra activities she does. dance and swimming and not eating alot. energy levels low. etc. but hopefully on the mend.
I dont want to sound as if im bragging but me and the dh. go away in a few weeks time for 5days to the big apple. we love it there, and work hard and pay for it. month by month so we can go. i know alot of people will say shes in debt but can go abroad, but i see my debt not that offensive now. working to get the nice things in life and enjoy life.
my 10 wk challenge thats when i found this site, i was trying to think of how i could find that extra cash for my holiday. so i decided that i set myself 10weeks to turn my junk into ££££ today ive updated my cash i have made so far, in the 8 weeks i have made £368. from ebay and selling stuff we no longer use. its fun to set weekly targets. I will set myself a new challenge soon, maybe a start of the newyear challenge. will need something to keep my mind off my son, who soon is to be deployed overseas. hows it going with you. i hope all is well.
