click on choose file, open your docs... click on pic you want to upload, click ok, choose file resize wesite/email, click on upload.. follow instructions re security question to prove you are human!
when file is uploaded copy the img code for message boards
then click on the little mountian icon at the top of the reply box here - [IMG][/img]http://i46.tinypic.com/312xzi8.jpg (this is what it should look like minus the spaces - then you get this->
