So you're telling me, if you drag someones automatic car out onto the street, while it's in park and ruin its tyres and possibly the gearboxes parking brake, that it's only twoc and no criminal damage?
I suppose that may depend on the police force but if it happened to me I wouldn't let it go and I'd be in touch with my MP to ensure the force nailed the little ****s b@lls to the floor.0 -
