Indeed, if, as has been stated, this claim is not for a Parking Charge Notice issued by CPS against the defendant then I fail to see the relevance to this forum and therefore I would question why MSE felt they were obliged to publish the information.

And unless its a matter of public record this should not be on here, how often has legitimate threads been taken down after judgements have been made and posted here ? This is really a pathetic post by mse and my feedback to them is get your house in order and don't post things up here that are not substantiated. I have complained to the moderators about the post

I'd like to report this forum post/thread because...is mse now the mouthpiece of combined parking solutions? Where is the proof of this post ? This has been substantiated there is nothing on public record! And why are you writing people's names for this? Who is this person cps supposedly was in court with and why is it relevant to mse parking forum, and why is it in the feedback thread. ?

Presumably this has come from his perkiness who trolled about this case a couple of days ago under an AE and was removed - isn't such activity against BPA code of practice? And isn't he the one who trolled a pseudo !!!!!phile story on here about a long standing mse member. And somehow mse think this person is entitled to a right of reply?

'Right of Reply' post reported as I believe it damages MSE to give the indication that CPS are a 'normal' company. When it is obvious to all that CPS troll on this forum.

I have just reported the MSE Investigators post. You have to ask why they are being so cooperative towards Perkins?

You also have to ask why MSE Investigators are giving a right of reply to someone who refuses to comply with both MSE and BPA rules on posting in forums. The aliases that Perkins has used must run close to three figures by now.

Why are we allowing his right of reply when he won't comply with the rules?

GivethemFA gets PPR'd for speaking the truth but when Perkins uses multiple identities in breach of his own trade associations rules to post his propoganda and insists on having posts removed MSE dance to his tune and MSE Investigator does his bidding for him by posting up personal details of a court case that has nothing to do with private parking invoices..

I think that says it all.
