the tickets aspect is pretty new still so i would be careful. and tbh i don't think its been up long enough for it to be that popular, so i would look elsewhere for now if i were you.:grouphug:

I've sold some items, posted them (and confirmed), registered my bank account, yet I cannot spend the funds that are in my playfunds
I know that you have to wait 21 days before withdrawing funds into your bank account, does that apply to directly spending the funds too?We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -
Zen - from memory, you do have to wait before spending them on Play.com also.
I've not sold anything in ages on Play, but have just gone through my listings and amended them for posting to Europe and UK now - with the low £ vs euro, the potential selling prices look pretty good, especially for music.0 -

Thanks
I still have a few DVD's listed, do you think that it's worth sending those to europe with the current exchange rate? Is it worth the extra P+P?We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -
Thanks

For small stuff, I don't find it much more expensive to post to Europe than send 2nd Class UK.
Exchange rate is near as damn it 1:1. I've not looked at DVD's , but the CD's I amended yesterday were selling for around £8 UK or Eur20 so about £20 now (for 'new') so even with a slightly more expensive post cost, there was a big difference in selling price - assuming that they do sell of course. I guess they dont have the likes of Tesco over there driving down the price.0 -
I didn't realise that you could set different prices for Europe, that helps cover the extra P+P
I've amended all of mine, fingers crossed.

Seems to be working ! Sold a PS2 game that I have had listed for ages to Denmark.
WARNING: Play used an exchange rate of 0.74, which even !!!!!! Turpin would be embarrassed of - important to get the pricing right if selling to Europe.0 -
How do you actually know when your playfunds are available to spend? It has been nearly days since I registered by bank details, but I am unsure of exactly how long it has been, so when will I know? Will I get an email or something? For the last few days I have been putting an item in my basket and going through the checkout until I get to the payment page, just too see if any playfund option shows up, but there must be a clearer sign, surely? We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

It takes 21 days, Go to play.com>My Account(top right)>Sign in> MyPlaytrade>Account Summary & under current balance and view statement you will see this message when your funds are ready to spend or withdrawel to bank(5%)
FUND TRANSFER
"You may transfer some or all of your PlayFunds into your nominated bank account. You may do this manually or set-up a regular transfer in your account preferences."
Now when you put an item in your basket from shop or playtrade as you mention, you'll see there is a green playfunds link under gift voucher & promotional voucher to use that you will certainly notice.
Hope this helps! With a little bit of luck we can make it through the night!0 -
Ah, thanks I see it
Saves me having to keep going through the checkout procedure each time.
