I had the same problem as MrMister....so i emailed the exec office back who gave me an alternative email address correspondence@everythingeverywhere.com
Still not had a reply though.0 -
If you would of asked me what Orange would do with a situation like this 2 years ago i'd of said throw loads of money at it to keep everybody quiet....
Now its annoy and totally alienate as many people as possible for totally immoral financial gain. Ofcom are clearly misunderstood by many, myself included as to what their actual role is.
Its funny that its only started to be this way since they gained such a massive market share with the T-Mobile 'merger'. And in respect of their press release today i find it a massive middle finger to all those on their current broadband service, and find they are encouraging people to take their 'offer' or cut their nose of despite their face. I'm sure there is another word for that......
One last thing... Ofcom told me Orange and T-Mobile are separate companies.... I fear for the worst.0 -

I haven't bothered emailing that new address. I've put my complaint in writing. I've tried following their complaints code of practice by phone and email, and they havent respinded. All strings to my bow as far as im concerned. Next is post.0 -

I'm not a very good haggler, so I cancelled Sky last year and they did everything they could to keep me, I was really shocked. They still send me an offer every few weeks, usually it amounts to 50 percent off in one way or another - ie 6 months free and then pay full price for six month (for whatever package you want), or 50 per cent off every month for a year. They have also tried free broadband, free HD if paying for multi room, free HD box, free Sky + box. To be honest though, I just don't miss it at all.0
