:(Lost today to a wretched migraine; the nasty sort that included time spent calling Huey on the big white telephone._pale_

Have to try and play catch-up tomorrow.:(:(

Managed to feed and walk Derek and Clive though, so at least the important stuff got done.

    Evening, I'm impressed at everyone's busy-ness.
I did get the kitchen cleared and cleaned and got a load of shopping and everything for the kids school on wednesday.
I will have to try and get up early tomorrow before it's too hot to get some cleaning done
    Trying to keep in budget.

Evening! Most of the kitchen done today and I've been to the cinema and to collect just over 2lbs of rhubarb from dad. Does anyone have a rhubarb fool type recipe please? I had one involving rhubarb, jelly and condensed milk but can't find it!

I got very excited last night doing some family research as I found some relatives AND photos of my great-grandmother and great-grandfather along with some great aunts and uncles :D I've never seen pictures of any of them before :D

Tabby - both Asda and Tesco round here have black PE shorts from age 3-4. Happy to look for you if you can't find any.
And I second Valli's comments about naming everything - the supermarkets' school clothes are fab until you get a class of children back from PE with 8 identical polo shirts to put on them and none are named!!!

    LW - gentle hugs xx

My heartfelt sympathy, LameWolf. I seem to be getting quite a lot of them, and they really knock you back, don't they? :(

    Get well soon!

I'm not sure of your DD's situation but at my school children on crutches are allowed to leave class 5 minutes early and have a friend accompany them to carry their bag and open the doors. This means they can avoid the 'crush' on the stairs.

We also have a base for those who can't manage all day so they can have work brought to them there instead for part of the day if they are getting too tired. HTH

This happens at our secondary too.

Notice you still need to get the bus pass, posted ours yesterday and then noticed it said 20 working days. So should have done it earlier as it has been sat ready on my desk for a couple of weeks.

Done really well on the flying today for the first time in over a month. Hoping to keep my mojo tomorrow morning to get upstairs finished.

    Tomorrow:

    Bathroom
    sort bathroom cabinet
    [STRIKE]mould removal from window
    Clean window
    Wipe sides
    Clean shower/bath/sink[/STRIKE]

    DS2 room
    [STRIKE]Clean mould from window
    Clean window
    Dust/wipe sides and skirtings
    Change bed sheet[/STRIKE]

    Hallway
    [STRIKE]Clean mould from window
    Clean window
    dust pictures[/STRIKE]
    Deal with 'pile'

    [STRIKE]Mop kitchen and Hall floors

Trip to Mr T (including DS3 passport photos)[/STRIKE]

    Meet friend.

Ok that is quite ambitious so will just have to see how it goes.

Froddy - I have a recipe for cooking rhubarb in sloe gin

dining room is almost finished - and is being meticulusly tidied by my dad as he goes. He has sorted out DS's rather enthusiastic work;)

flying today has been restricted to washing out paintbrushes, trays and rolers and pegging out washing

I have just put in a claim for a declined cashback through Quidco and raised a claim for my WM which hasn't appeared at all. I am SO glad I have developed the habit of screenshotting on line orders. No paperwork to file but the information is there when I need it!
