I am absolutely, definitely NOT christmas shopping...

    Of course not! :p:D

LW - sorry you've been unwell. Hope tomorrow is a better day for you, but please don't forget that today's room will come round again next week. I'm sure most things will wait. Take care.

Froddy - I love family history research and started on DH's family a few years ago. A few hours in the local library should get me started again. Maybe next week, or there's half-term...
My grandad has already done my mum's side of the family with lots of supporting paperwork and I'd have to spend weeks in Germany to do my dad's, as records aren't available online. Glad you're enjoying it.

I tackled the messy corner of my bedroom when I got home from work. I found my missing clubcard plus. Ive had a replacement now for 3 weeks so am very ashamed that I haven't cleared the messy corner for about a month.

DH has been working from home. He's done 3 loads of post holiday washing. Unfortunately he didn't do anything with the wet washing and I had to put it all out when I got in at 5pm. Sometimes I can do without that kind of help.

Packed lunches made for littlies at fit for kids camp tomorrow.

Off to bed now. I hope I don't have nightmares about Silent Witness. I hardly slept last night. Horrible theme.

I slept badly again. A car alarm went off just after I went to bed. I had to shut the windows it was so loud. It continued all night and has just been turned off. DH slept through it with his deaf ear off the pillow. It reminded me of when the kids were babies - he never heard them.

I'm missing 2 recent payslips so I will have to get those before I leave. More unpleasantness. The worry is putting me off eating which must be a good thing with my extra holiday pounds to lose.

LW I hope you feel much better today.
