I know, it is hard, like I said I've been there and I am not proud of myself but I let the thought of what could be get to me and gave into it, it was a very horrible mess and lots of people got hurt and I still feel guilt for it today, you are going to have to decide what it is you want to do as you can't have it both ways.

Well you could always ask your husband if he fancies a FFM 3some. Then if he agrees, you could broach the matter with your friend.

You get the best of both worlds and he's a happy bunny.

What happens after that of course, might not be so easy.

That really wont help! It just messes with your head more and makes you more confused

can i ask if you and your friend spoke about not having contact or did you stop all contact from your end and ignore them when they contacted you.

It got really messy, I don't want to go into too much detail on here, but I ended it in the end, even though they tried to get back in touch, we did finish once before and they kept trying to contact me in loads of different ways, I did give in, I was weak. But this time it's different, I will never have anymore contact with her, but there are lots more reasons that.

Yes I know you can have fun doing that, but not when the 3rd person is someone you have feelings for, it just doesn't go.:p

i dont know if it would be easier to talk to her and tell her why we should have contact or if i should just cut her off and ignore her if contact is made.
i know if she hears nothing from me for a few weeks , she will get touch asking if everything is alright .

I guessed that, but a little lightness to the situation never hurt.
