Any ex smokers on the thread?

I havn't had a cig since Sunday night, feel really determined to quit for good, but..

If anyone could advise me how to not eat everything in sight I would be really grateful!
you need to change your habits... if you have a ciggie with a coffee/glass of wine etc then try to lay off the coffee and drink water. The craving will last for minutes so when you get one, jump up and go do something to occupy you until you forget it (boring things like putting washing away, cleaning the loo). You can do it. I stopped before i got preggers so am prob about a year down the line now.

I did watch it one year. I kept clicking on the runner ups blog. The pink whisk or something like that.

Very inspiring! I LOVE cookery programmes but I tend to get addicted. Love all things masterchef too but haven't yet clicked on to the catchup for celebrity masterchef yet this season either. :o
I signed up to her website, Ruth someone. she has some great recipes, I've done her Xmas cakes for the past two years and they are delicious and so easy.

No cheap ketchup at my local.

The l'oreal elvive large bottles are on offer 2 for £5 so with 2 x £1.50 l'oreal vouchers they are £1 each which I thought wasn't bad.

I found myself in A's today and I picked up one of their vindaloos and all I can say is, I'm quite disappointed. It was as mild as anything. :( A vindaloo isn't a vindaloo unless it burns! (one the way out as well as on the way in!)

I picked up a madras too and I hope it's better.

DH is very fussy about his curry - likes it megahot and not tasting like a ready meal but he loved the Sainsburys Phal from the chiller section. HTH :)

I'm the same, we also have a battery one if we go holiday and there isn't anywhere to plug the electric one in.

Not at all, you forget there are lots of lurkers on here that go out and clear the shelves without saying so much as a thank you or letting anyone else know so others in the area are saved a wasted trip. They don't need any encouragement to go out and do stuff that will only see T's, A's and S's pulling their socks up. And not just the lurkers either, some people that do use the thread don't need ideas putting in to their head.:(

Not having a go, just.... I dunno.

Well, I'll sling my hook and go and watch Falling Skies. Its all getting a bt too hypocritical on here for my liking.
