Evening all ref the no smoking and weight gain
i gave up 7 months ago and put on about a stone im just hungry all the time anyway about 2 months ago i started slimming world and have lost a stone and half but boy has it been hard work would love to lose at least another stone and half but seem to be stuck the last 3 weeks.
so well done all and keep up the good work with no smoking i feel so much better and have so much more money.
