Just back from asda with 5 packs of £2 plenty. They were just on the shelf next to the 6 packs with no sel

For anyone local to me, sorry but I cleared the shelf. We get through kitchen roll at an alarming rate. Well, saying that, it's me who gets through it mostly, I use it for cleaning

No choc that I could see and peanuts were bare

But I did see that they had 2 burner gas BBQ's for £7. Didn't get one as I have one but might be useful to someone. May be store specific though

And yes, they have got loads of the jumpers in store that they told me were out of stock!

Leslie, when you get to my age, you can play the daft old biddy to perfection. I hate to see a wasted coupon or a missed bargain - if people are daft enough to ignore me then thats their loss!

That's a really good point. As my dad used to say who's the one laughing all the way to the bank :D

  • Afternoon Everyone,

I've had a morning I don't want to repeat. My DH took my rabbit to the emergency vet with suspected fly strike first thing.

Luckily we caught it in time and my poor baby is now in an indoor cage sore and feeling sorry for himself. I've got cream and medicine for him and a follow up trip to the vets on Tuesday, but I've been so lucky, fly strike kills rabbits in 48 hours.

I think I'll pop out to A's and get him some parsley.

I had to go to morrison's too, and they had some good reductions, of which I picked up a bag of potatoes and a cabbage for 25p each.

Some woman came along just after me and just started shovelling the whole lot in her trolley. She didn't even look to see what it was, she just grabbed the lot!

You can't make someone love you. All you can do is
stalk them & hope they panic & give in
