Not worth it IMHO - See answer below regarding fee's

Yes, the £25 card has a card issue fee of £2.95, so you pay £27.95. The £50 card has a card issue fee of £3.95, so you pay £53.95.

Thanks for that. I'll leave it then. :)

Ah, there's always a catch. I was going to dash in and buy a load to pay still like electricity, gas and council tax. :(

Thought it was too good to be true :D Will stick to the other branded ones as and when needed. Presumably there is no fee for those?

  • The sun is actually shining here up north - almost the first nice weekend of the summer so I need to attack the garden and get off here. Husband and son are driving down to Manchester to watch the Saints play Man City - just hope they win - a long way to go for a football match but as close to us as they are likely to get this season!! Left at 7.00am Mad or what???

It wasn't Mr T - it was just done with my Tesco credit car. The company was Flexicover and gave me an excellent quote for DH (who is 82 and has a couple of medical conditions declared). I certainly only put my card details in once although I did go through the quotes several times without doing the payment bits (I wanted to make sure I'd done it all properly).

Will phone this morning - I have 14 days to cancel anyway so probably can sort it all out. Just a bit of a shock!

Hope it all gets sorted for you :)
