Been to four Asda's this morning, no luck with the Plenty in any of them. Found the loo rolls in the largest Asda, right barcode but they scanned at SEL of £3.00.
Was going to give up but went to one I hadn't been in before, and bingo, found the loo rolls, They had SEL of £1.50 and there were about 10 there. They were almost hidden behind the cushelle packs which are on offer, on the bottom shelf. Took 6 and got some beans. Put them in the car then decided I would get the other 4. Not to be, they had gone when I got back. But I just glanced to the top shelf, and there were another 6 so I got a lad to reach them down.
Big thanks for the loo roll tip off, not sure who posted it originally, was it Miss Laid?
Wasn't me I think someone saw it on HDUK? I never look on that site it confuddles me

Baldy took me to look for loo rolls and compost - no loo rolls and only the expensive (75p :rotfl::rotfl:) compost.
So bought some compost and kept quiet0 -

We've been invited, last minute may I add, to a party celebrating my cousins DDs exam results. She was quite upset that no one seemed to be bothered that she'd done well even though everyone phoned, texted or left her messages on FB that her mum decided to throw the party even though she can't afford it. She's such a pampered princess that she thinks everyone's attention should be on her at all times, she went to a grammar school and since starting no one's good enough for her. She looks down on even her own mum, she's never happy with what she's got. She tells her mum that the things she buys aren't right for her to let her friends see!
It got so bad that she decided to move out of her mum's and into her grans because she would have her own room and be allowed to come and go as she pleased. She got a shock when she arrived to find that her cousin (who already lived with the gran) had been moved into his own room because his aunt had just moved out.
She realised that sharing with a toddler wasn't nearly as good as she thought and demanded he be put back into his mums room so she could have that room to herself  her gran told her if she didn't like it to go back home! She lasted a whole 3 weeks before she was begging her mum to let her back because her gran had the cheek to not tidy up after HER or pick HER washing up and do it for her.
Sorry for the rant but this brat just annoys me, her mum struggled for years in an abusive relationship and finally left him to do her best for the whole family and now works very hard to support the family but this gets shoved in her face all the time by the brat, her brother and sisters are grateful for everything they get.
Oh and I'm supposed to bring her a gift, my mum was going through my boxes of gifts and asked about taking one of the new body shop sets and DS turned round and told her that they were too good for the girl and that she'd have to make do with one of the ones in the 'under £2' box as he wasn't giving her anything more expensive :rotfl: but as I got everything vastly reduced the set is worth £8 or maybe £10 can't remember now should write the prices down somewhere instead of putting things in a box with the actual price I paid on it
She sounds awful....I think some of the blame for her behaviour must lie with her Mum, she needs to be much firmer with her rather than 'giving' in to her all the time.Born to glitch0 -

DH was the one who got the new gadgets, I got them once they were completely set up and all of the apps tried out and shown to me about a dozen times before I'd go any where near it.
I don't think it helps that this is the first apple product that I've used in 16 - 17 years and even then it was a mac that had been in school since I'd started 5 years previous.
I must admit though that I'm quite pleased with it, I've even got it connected to the printer through wifi all by myself
DS is just happy that he now has his net book to himself, unless I need to print a coupon.
Quick question for Happy can I get flash for this? Or coupon printer, can't find it in the app store or maybe I'm looking for the wrong thing. Thanks
I haven't got as far as setting it up to my wifi printer, not a clue need a hc master lass, will keep reading to see if hc has answered I'd live coupon printer on hereThe art of being happy is to be satisfied with what you have0
