Ooh code when I was a teenager I worked in the local chippy and ate them all the time, haven't had one in years but maybe soon :-) we do have some really good food in Scotland too, not everything is fried!0

OMG - will you all stop talking about nice food already?!?!:drool::drool:
I'm sooooo hungry!!
Lost 1.6lbs this week, so 5.4lbs in total so far. Was feeling v proud of that until my friend told me she'd lost 4.5lbs last week even tho she was naughty at the weekend  Like i needed to know that?! :rotfl:
2ww is dragging already. Had an emotional day on sunday as we went to a motorhome show which normally i like, but we bought out motorhome 'future-proofed' for another child, and obv no sign of that yetSo I got really depressed walking round, and burst in to tears a few times - niiiiiiice!!!! Bet some people were thinking that DH had dragged me there or something :rotfl:
Congratulations Cozza - fingers crossed everything works out ok for you xx
Hugs to vesper, tinks and any other CD1 peeps I missed. xxMarried my lobster in July 2011
TTC # 2 since Oct 2011 - good things come to those who wait

Hi all,
I hope you are all ok. I am after a bit of advice.
This is the first month that I have attempted tracking Ovulation with an OPK. I have been using the 5 pack from Home Bargains which is £2.99.
I started on Day 11 of my cycle (I am counting that from the first day of my last period – hope that is correct!) which was last Monday and so far I have not had a positive result (I am now on Day 19)
I usually have a 28/29 cycle and I had a blood test last Month to check if I was ovulating (my result was 66, so the Dr said that was good)
The OPK said to restrict my liquid intake for 2 hours prior to the test, but I haven’t always stuck to that, as I drink a lot of water during the day at work and I have been doing the tests at about 6pm in the evening….
Has anyone else experience too much liquid creating negative results and also if I should stop testing as if I am day 19 it has probably already been and gone?
Apologies if I am waffling J0 -

Did you have your progesterone test done on CD21 last time?
Either, you are having an anovulatory cycle or you have missed your LH surge. Both are possible.
Have you been getting any line at all on the tests? Yes, liquid intake can effect the result.14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -
Yay cozza! congrats to you
hugs for the CD1's and those who have had bad news, special hugs to skaps for your bad news.

Any way its finally happened can I please be updated to 1dpo had 2 really strong but not positive opks before my positive so hoping the vit b6 and ac are having an effect and so begins the countdown to af hopefully I can hold it off and have a decent lp this time!0 -
