    Hi Everyone

Hope you're all doing well. Lots of great new resolutions I see :) I'm determined to be positive about the new year, and all the possibilities that it might bring. Congrats on your run Tink! I need to get a lot more active too, and shift a few Christmas lbs (not helped by the fact that Santa brought me an ice cream maker)!

Got some proper EWCM yesterday and today, which is a good sign my cycles are returning to fertility after getting the implant out in October. It seems a little late though, for OV, as it's CD18 for me, and last month was a 26 day cycle. We shall see.

Last month I went mad with SS, maybe because it was Christmas. No more thinking about BFPs until my AF is late! That's definitely one of my resolutions :)

    Hugs to all

    L xx

Just a quick update - had little bit more brown spotting over night and cramps, but today again absolutely nothing....I was sure after the cramps last night AF would be here this morning, so didn't even think of testing...

Am still teeny bit hopeful, but at same time dreading each time I go to loo in case the witch appears!

loulou I almost never say this but will you just test already. You're late. Spotting instead of AF is a pregnancy symptom. Please go and pee on the test.

... and brown spotting is classic in early pregnancy. Implantation bleed and all that.

Becca I remember QQ mentioning something about it before, I think her dr said something. So we were trying not to eat sugary stuff before ovulating.

It was really hard for me I have a massive sweetheart tooth. Then I ovulated really late that month so I was so annoyed as it had been ages id been going without stuff lol! Then this guy came on the ttc thread I think he was not a dr but maybe nutritionist or something along those lines, and said it was a load of rubbish anyway!

But pcos does seem to have links to insulin etc so who knows.

I tried it for two cycles without success so gave up. But it's probably a healthy thing to do anyway so no harm!

Oh and I avoided stuff like potatoes etc too not just stuff like chocolate. It was really hard! I was on websites researching low GI food and all sorts.
