    This is so crappy.

    If a real life friend is going through something like this you can be there/help/provide a shoulder/wine/chocolate etc to try and help.

    In the impersonal world of the internet however, despite feeling you 'know' someone and they have been in your online life for a long time, there's beggar all you can do to help. Rubbish :(
