  • Looks like it may all be over again for me :(

Had a bad feeling so took another FRER just now and its come up BFN.

Did another CB Digi last night for same reason and that still said pregnant 1-2.

I dont suppose anyone knows if its possible to get a false neg on an early response test?

    I'm just sick of everything.

When I had my chemical I got a positive on a tesco, superdrug and IC. I got a negative on a clearblue and a FRER. All before AF was due. I'm never going to test early again :o

Hope it's just a dodgy test for you xxx

ETA - cross posted with your last post. Please don't leave. TTC is a hell of a rollercoaster but even if you don't feel strong enough to post at the moment, don't make any rash decisions

MV huni - big hugs. Its such an emotional rollercoaster - that phrase is so over used and such a cliche but it is. You go from such highs to such lows in a matter of moments and have moments of terror in the meantime too.

Fingers crossed that its just a dodgy test and your hormones are rising correctly.

I didn't ever do another digi indicator after I got my BFP, mainly cos they are so expensive! I did do the IC's and could see the line darkening, but in the end that turned out badly for me because my hormone levels were rising much higher than they should have been.

If you are not bleeding or cramping, its not over yet - it might just not be registering correctly due to urine being too dilute etc. I will keep my fingers firmly crossed for you.

Like COMP says, don't leave. I know its stressful and heartbreaking, but we can hold your hands virtually and try to help as best we can.

  • I am sitting here with a cb digital test with 'pregnant 1-2' on it that I took yesterday, and a FRER test with a blinding BFN on it taken half an hour ago.

!!!!!!? I mean really would my levels have dropped over night to nothing?

I guess I just have to wait for the wretched bleeding to start now.

I am so, so upset. 2 chemicals in a row just seems ridiculous and unfair.

I didn't test that early either, and even if I hadn't have tested early my AF is late now anyway and I would have got a + on the digi.

Purcy - congratulations, I am sorry to be so miserable but I really do feel so despairing right now, and can't ever see me having my longed for second child.

MV, how about asking GP to do blood tests over a few days/weeks to monitor how the hormone is increasing? Then you're not torturing yourself with faulty/non-faultiness of tests...?

Hope everything works out well. :o

Sorry to see you back again to, Tink. (Not sure if I've said so before)

  • MV - Are you cramping or bleeding? Afternoon pee is not the best for testing this early on. When you got your BFP were either of them on that type of test? Keeping my fingers crossed for you and sending lots of sticky vibes.

Tinks - Lovely to see your crafty updates again. :)

Lilymay - hope you get some good news about your SIL soon.

Lovecake - You are testing just before me. Wishing you lots of spooky luck right before Halloween.

Claire - Have a great time in Hawaii, please try to bring back some sunshine with you.:rotfl:

QQ - Doritos cravings are a new one on me....I'm a traditional chocolate cravings girl:rotfl:

T2D - Feel free to rant anytime. Hearing other people always makes me feel a little less crazy;)

    Hugs for any cd1's.

Hang in there MV. Everyone is here for you not matter what the outcome.
