    Morning all,

    Feeling very very low today.

    My SIL is currently in intensive care after having a heart attack last night. She's 40 and the thinnest, healthiest person in the world. It's really knocked us all for 6 :(:(:(

    I also had terrible cramps last night, they woke me up twice it was that bad. I am quite sure AF will be arriving today which also makes me sad.

    Please send me some virtual hugs :(
