So now that you know all that SS was for AF, perhaps you could try not SSing this cycle:p
Your friend has a point, obsessing about ttc will probably put undue stress on your uterus, and the egg may have a hard time implanting.

tea lover, a lot of people's Hotmail gets hacked. I don't take any notice of those. Sometimes I get emails saying 'my Hotmail was hacked, please do not open anything sent by me!', but really, I'm not that stupid:D

Looking at your chart, Soy seems to have given you decent LP:cool:, but since you are seeing a FS, it may mess with the blood results, so give it a miss?

Soy tends to work better on the 2nd cycle though.
niknok, hope it was an implantation spotting, but it could also be pre AF, random, low progesterone spotting, so keep calm:o

August is not turing out to be a bumper month.....unless we have a huge surge at the end............fingers crossed for all the ladybugs in the 2ww.

So 2 hours in the dentist chair............I survived...........not have a headache from hell but still have to BD tonight as we are on a roll!!!!!
