Trina and MrsJ congrats to you both :)

MV when we conceived we had BD consecutively for 5 days 2 days prior to ov, ov day and then 2 days after ov.

Angel treats I never waited 20 minutes x
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Mrsj28 - huge congrats to you! Hope it is sticky :D

Trina - I knew it :D I was so sure I saw a line yesterday. Love your photo! I can't wait till the day I need to buy a digi and it shows up the magic "P" word.

Can someone please explain to me about using OPKs - I had no idea you were meant to wait 20 minutes before using them? I have the cheapy sticks from ebay and have just been using them the way you'd use a pregnancy test - dipping them in wee and waiting to see if two lines appear :rotfl: Yesterday there was only the control line, no sign of any test line at all. Today there was a test line but it was very faint. I know it has to be as dark as the control line for it to count but have I done it wrong by not waiting 20 minutes before using the wee??

I stopped waiting after QQ saying on here she didnt wait and they still worked for her.

It says in the instructions to wait. But I find it makes no difference so dont bother :)

    Mrs J - YAYYYYYYYY!! Congratulations :)

Trina - That was a sure + yesterday so congratulations on the confirmation.

AFM - I've either ovulated twice, or I didn't ovulate a few days ago (more likely) so my peak today means probable ov tomorrow. I'm gutted that soy hasn't made a difference after feeling so positive a few days ago. I'm getting so fed up with TTC. It's not fair :(

    Hello Ladies

I'd like to join you all please and graduate from the waiting to TTC thread.

I am 30 and OH is 33 and having just come back from a lovely week away have decided to take the plunge and TTC from now onwards........

As far as I am aware (not entirely sure as have not long been off microgynon) I am CD21 - not sure when ov was/is but I have a sneaking suspicion could have been Thursdayish which I assume would make me 3DPO but we have not tried this month so know I won't be getting a result this time around. We will however be trying 'properly' from now onwards so I suppose it could still happen if ov hasn't happened - a possibility I suppose; I am not au fait with the technicalities yet so please be patient :D

I have lurked on here for a long time so I know how lovely and supportive you all are and look forward to getting to chat to you :)

Hope no one is feeling too 'sunday-nightish' I know I am; not looking forward to a weeks worth of work to catch up on tomorrow!!

    xx
First baby due October 2013 :j

    Evening all,

Congrats MrsJ and Trina! MrsJ I am sure this time it's a little stressful, but fingers crossed for you.

I'm off on holidays now for 10 days. Can't wait - we haven't had a proper holiday a year so could do with a break. I think I'll ov sometime early next week, so we will hopefully have nice hotel BD'ing!
