Well done squirrel!! Tempt fate and take the job!!

I also had an interview on Monday but not heard outcome yet.... I don't think I want the job though, it's to stay will current employer and work 1.5hrs from home, rather than taking redundancy in a couple of months...oh well, we'll see what happens x

Totally! I'm not sure obsessed even covers how much I love it :o. I was in the fan club, had the sheet music to the theme tune, had signed photos of all the cast, etc. I went to see Chris Barrie doing stand-up when I was about 16 (may have been younger, my mum made my big sister go with me lol). I saw him outside afterwards and he said hello. I was so overwhelmed I literally couldn't say anything, just stood there like a complete tool until my sister apologised for me and dragged me away.

Why am I admitting to any of this?!?

I certainly didnt fancy him (much preferred Lister lol!) but I loved him in the Brittas Empire!

I used to watch RD all the time, and DH has put it on to record tonight, cant believe its a new series!

Although I can't really talk, and neither can Claire16c, because if we admitted how much we love Neighbours.... well....

Sorry, I am going way off topic, but I blame coffeelover for mentioning Red Dwarf.

    Haha true!
This is just wrong! How can you fancy Rimmer? Clearly Lister is better in every way (better looking, funnier, less of a knob :rotfl:) I was massively in love with Craig Charles when I was younger. I had a real thing about his dreadlocks :D

Not sure how I feel about the new series... the Christmas special they did recently was poo so hopefully this will be better but I'm reserving judgment. I hope Kochanski doesn't make an appearance, couldn't stand her!

In other news, DH has come down with the lurgy (my fault as I infected him) and unsurprisingly doesn't want to BD, and our friend is visiting for the weekend so there probably won't be much opportunity, and I will probably ov on Monday or Tuesday. Not sure this month will be very productive...

Lurgy going round here too. Think Ive just caught it.

I cant wait for Homeland too, although I only started watching series 1 this time around so I havent finished that yet. Its on more4 every night, so its great I come home from work and put it straight on, I watched about 5 episodes last weekend, its great not having to wait a week in between!

Question for you ladies, does anyone else feel really uncomfortably itchy down there the day after BD? I used to think it was a latex problem but I'm starting to wonder if I'm allergic to male fluids altogether

The only time I have ever 'itched' was when I have had too much sex and it has irritated my insides. Could it be that maybe?

I've never had thrush but apparently that also makes you itch? Hope you get it sorted :o

AFM, I'm having a real !!!! evening. I have been very very depressed nd am wondering if I have done the right thing at work. I know it's probably because I am just ovulation emotional but I'm 26 next year and don't feel like I've done anything with my life. My eldest brother is a very successful architect and my dear mother grades us all on his successes. Even Ben and Jerrys Core ice-cream hasn't helped :(

Pretty sure it's not an infection, just had a course of antibiotics. Guess another trip to the doctors because OH won't unless he has too - grr.

*hugs* Lilymay, OV clouds the brain, try not to think any more today and get a good night's sleep.

Thanks ladies :) My pre-op went ok, very involved. 'Cos of my never ending cold/ME symptoms, she sent me for a chest xray and a blood test, to check for an infection. Doubt there'll be anything noteworthy on either though.:)!We went to see the ward I'd be on too, see where it was etc, and talked to a nurse who said it was fine for DH to stay with me til I went down to theatre, and he could even walk to the doors with me, so that was reassuring. He can't come back in to see me again til visiting at 2.30 though, but you can't win em all.!

Has anyone had a hysteroscopy before? They're planning to do one while I'm having the lap & dye, but I think I'm due AF for when the op is... Gp thought it would be a problem, doc today didn't really seem sure!!:huh:
