Anyone got any tips on how to sooth sore nipples? They've been erect for about 4 days now and even my PJs rubbing against them is super painful >.<

Also does anyone know how to hide a bald patch  My hair started falling out and it's left a patch on the left side of my head  I've been wearing a bandana every time I leave the house so far :o

For the first, vaseline, plasters and a sports bra? Sounds a bit like joggers nipple.

For the second, I cant think of anything that wouldnt pull on the hair and make it worse. Hugs.

No real stress, I think it might be my eczema spreading. I've had it on my forehead for a couple of years now, maybe it spread back into my scalp and damaged the hair.

I got that once, scalp psoriasis or something like that.
It was triggered by work stress, and as soon as that project was over, it cleared.

Lily are you still taking soy?

No. I took did last cycle but I got terrible headaches while taking it and then my cycle was all funny and skii-wiff. Ov'ed late, cycle was a lot longer than usual and had heavy/dodgy bleeding. Also figured it probably isn't worth messing with my cycles as I am now in the hospital system.

Are you trying it this cycle?

I am so exhausted. We had a computer system go down at work today....and engineers don't work on a !!!!ing Saturday!!!!! Imagine trying to serve customers in a shopping centre if every single shop had no tills. That's the best way I can describe it. Horrendous!

Good Luck to MV for tomorrow ;)

    I've been Money Tipped!
No I took it last cycle and had exactly same problems. Just wondered if it had affected your current cycle?
Sorry you've had a kak day...the engineers must be men ;)

    Evening everyone :D

Been feeling really "strange" all day (im not SS!) Think I'm coming down with something else, was walking up the stairs at work and suddenly had really bad tummy cramps - I actually thought I was going to collapse with appendicitus or similar, I've also had mild diarrhea today and been feeling really hot, but don't have a temperature.

Perfect end to a !!!!py week really! But as I work in care, germs are an inevitable part of my life, but I've got 2 days off now (rare thing) and really don't want to spend them ill.

Hope everyone else is having good weekend.

Tell me about it! Thankfully I don't work in any sort of customer based environment!

It's hard to say if it affected this cycle - I have ov'ed 3 or 4 days earlier than I have since we started trying....but that could have been because I think last cycle ended in a chemical, or it could be because Soy affected things, or it could just be because our bodies are weird and wonderful things!

Do you think it's done anything to yours? Xx

I bought some to take once but the capsules are way too big. So its sat in a cupboard :rotfl:

Do you normally have to work saturdays? I think I imagined you in an mon-fri office job when you said your boss made you go in at 6am on a sunday before which made them sound even crazier! Or was it your boss just making you do extra work? If so that is NOT nice :)
