*unlurking*
I stopped Cerazette last August, had a withdrawal bleed about 2 weeks later, and then a long cycle of ~50 days. After than my cycles settled down to an average of 30 days or so, and I noticed EWCM etc, so assume I was ovulating ok. We started TTC in December and I got my BFP at the start of MarchJust wanted to post for reassurance as before I stopped I'd read all the horror stories of no period for 6 months, and my GP told me it could take up to a year for cycles to become regular again. I had no bleeds at all while on Cerazette, and my cycle seemed to regulate pretty quickly.

Hi Becca

Good afternoon ladies, I hope you all had a good weekend
Just in reply to coming off the pill etc. I came off the pill early last year and for me it took about 73 days for AF to arrive! Even after a year my cycles would fluctuate from anything from 23-50 days.
In my view though, I think as long as you have lots of BD for fun and try not to focus too much on timing it right and putting pressure on you both, then it will happen. I like PMA!
I know this is not the case for everyone but I think at the very start to start looking into the real biology of something can cause stress and worry.
I had the mirena put in earlier this year and it is coming out on Thursday so I hope it will be like a jump start to my cycles again!

Hello everyone I'm back!:j
Massive thank you to Becca for doing the lists while I was away:EasterBun
AFM, it looks like I ov'd but don't know when. We only BD'd once, and I had shower immediately afterwards, so it is not looking good, but never mind. I had a great time on our holiday!
I haven't read back yet, but congratulations on the BFPs!:T0 -
Welcome back QQ! Glad you had a great holiday!
I've just realised I haven't put in my guess for this month, I reckon we'll have 9 BFPS!
Gah, you know how time sometimes catches up with you and surprises you?! I *knew* that I was going to see Lady Gaga on the 9th September and kept meaning to get/make something funky/funny/awesome to wear but never got round to it as it was *ages* away and all of a sudden it's this Sunday and I have nothing sorted! My SIL and her sister are of even less use than I am so not only do I have to get myself something to wear, but I need to get them something too! And of course my mind is a total blank.Guess what I'll be doing tonight?!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
I'm reading back from after the Team Sticky list yesterday. Will try to work back:o
Mogwai, will you be leaving the thread until Nov? I'm not ttcing from Oct - Dec, but I'm staying on the list:p
abis, (((hugs)))
Fannyanna, are you really CD147?
MV, one should ideally BD a day before ov, but as one can't be certain when one ov's, sometimes BD on the day of ov can work better:)
minimuffin, welcome:wave:
I've added you on the list on the first page:)
Some get Clearblue digi ov sticks and use CBFM monitor sticks as a refill and says it works out cheaper:money: I've never tried it myself, but am v interested:cool:
TeamLowe, there are SA kits sold online which he can try first if he prefers. It's not as good as the ones done at the doctors, but just thought I'd mention:o
atton, I know how you feel. Even though we've been told only way to conceive is via IVF (ICSI) because of DH's sperms, I still blame myself for not conceiving every month:o
You did get pg before, you could again, same goes for me:cool:
Purcy81, welcome:wave: I've added you to the list on the first page. Are you 31 years old? (Just guessing from your username:p)0
