Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Hanbeen's probably so excited at the prospect he's reading this thread on an ipad, one handed in the toilet. Pancake flipper.0

If you had someone with you who meets the definition of disability under the Equality Act 2010 then sue UKCPS and the onsite retailer/agent/landlord.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

For the record, disabled bays in a private car park are, in the eyes of the law, just bays with a picture of a stick man in a wheelchair painted on them.
The Blue Badge scheme doesn’t apply to private car parks. Blue Badge holders don't need to display it. Anyone, who’s disabled with a long-term condition under the terms of The Equality Act 2010 can use a disabled parking bay in a private car park.
However, the terms & conditions for private car parks usually state that you shouldn't park in a disabled parking bay without displaying a Blue Badge. This, in itself, contravenes The Equality Act.
The Equality Act doesn't say that able-bodied drivers can't also use disabled parking bays.
We do not condone inconsiderate parking and strongly recommend that able-bodied drivers don't use disabled parking bays, if there is any possibility that all of the disabled bays might be in use at any time during their stay.
Unfortunately, the private ticketing companies don't give disabled drivers the same consideration. To them, they're just an easily identifiable and soft target.
PS. I presume your "late payment" demand hasn't arrived yet.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
No he does not, and nor do we. I never have, never will, on a moral basis and because I used to work as a driver for disabled people and had disabled relatives too. Disabled bays in Supermarket/retail car parks are for disabled people who, because of their condition, need to park near the store AND/OR have a wider bay. Simple. No Blue Badge needed, no wheelchair needed, no need for the wider bay required as long as there is a specific need for the closest bay.
But you know all that matey, you are just clutching at straws to try to justify the existence of scam PPCs and their protection racket. The racket that breaks the Equality Act 2010 by picking on DISABLED people parking in disabled bays and doesn't cancel the fake PCN even when they KNOW the person qualifies to park there. Explain that.
Could be because the City & Guilds 'qualification' that some PPC staff undertake about private parking, actually has a section on Blue Badges. DOH!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Qualifying for one and having a blue badge are two different things.A problem shared is a problem multiplied.0
