Royal Mail re deliveries not turning up!

did you request it online, oby phone to the DO or what?
Requested online at first, when it failed I phoned to complain and they requested a redelivery. That didn't turn up so I complained again and then found that they have lost two parcels, so complain again, getting sick of it!No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

Seems like its chicken and egg to me.
Most likely they havent had the packages from request 1.
So no packets to redeliver
When you phoned, did they physically go and check the items were there or just say they would be delivered onX day?
How the office deals witg online requersts is probably the crux here.
In my old office they instigated a system where the 'backshift' covering the 12-7pm collection period, would call the customers who were going to have a redelivery failure the next day. eg packet not back in the office yet.(its a very large office covering 4 postcode areas)
It maybe your office is understaffed(as all DOs are nowadays) or hasnt got any syystem in place for such events0 -

I phoned the main customer service number as everyone knows no one answers the phone at the delivery office(due to being under staffed). I found they had lost the parcels because my husband took the card to the delivery office and they went to check and couldn't find them. They told us it was probably out for delivery that day, but nothing has turned up since and that was over a week ago. I complained to customer services who then told me that one had been delivered and the other was collected, but as I say that isn't the case. I have told them this and they are investigating. No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
