that could cover many delivery offices. I'm listed as Edinburgh
Edinburgh is covered by around 20 offices under EH.

No, there is no section on MSE regarding Royal Mail failures and compensation.

That wasn't too difficult was it, and the question had already been answered before you decided that sarcasm was better than useful input.

I don't have an answer for the OP as I don't live near them so have no idea as to what the problem may be, but neither do I have any pathetic sarcastic comments to make towards them for asking for help and advice.

Shame that your signature "Honesty,integrity,self sufficiency" doesn't extend to being courteous as well.
