Royal Mail re deliveries not turning up!

Yesterday was the third time in two weeks a re delivery hasn't shown up! Quite annoyed and have phoned up to complain. Anyone know why this could be happening?
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

From experience, PM seem to be useless at just about everything!

Bung it in writing and sent it recorded is going to be a best bet here.

you think people on a forum can tell you over the person you 'complained' to?

Yes because it is well known that RM personnel, from time to time, tell lies.

If there is some systemic problem with RM that they don't want to publicise there may well be someone who has a clue.

I'm not going to tell the OP anything.

I was simply pointing out that it is not unreasonable to ask if anyone has any information about an organisation and not simply rely on what you have been told by one member of that organisation. Particularly as you have no idea of the competence and knowledge of that person.
