New body shop glitch!!!

I dont think the weight thing has any bearing. My parcel today showed online as 15kg. It was a shower gel and one gift box, clearly nowhere near 15kg. It might be just to do with UPS system?

Your confirmation email that you get when you order will give all the items that youve been able to order, is it the confirmation one that youre looking at or the despatch email?

Just cant understand why they have put I will recieve 4 items, when they have only sent out 2......I really dont think I will get the two gift boxes, but they shouldnt put 4 items dispatched!!!!

It looks like you'll only get the card and shower gel. The 2 gift boxes have 0 next to them on your online account as mine that weren't sent did. The weight thing seems to be random, yours says the same as mine.

I did notice that my email said 4 items shipped too, however only the 3 arrived that had 1 next to them on my online account.:(

I'll kepp my fingers crossed that something better turns up for you tho, let us know what arrives:)

I guess the risk is that even if the glitch works the items you choose will sell out and you end up payng £7.99 for the card and shower gel. I am in two minds about doing one more order in the morning if it becomes available again

Just checked mine that didnt work, my email says 3 items despatched, but I only received the shower gel today and the card will be posted

The thing is everyone orders the most expensive boxes but if you like BS and would buy something still, it is really worth it. If you want to be sure you will get your stuff you can order some minerals powder and something from the spa range + your free shower gel and to pay only £7.99.

The card is sent outside of the uk. I guess you could refuse it and phone them up to collect it.

you sure its says 3 items? if there is a 0 your not gonna get it.
