New body shop glitch!!!

Looked at my bodyshop account says order dispatched with card, shower gel & two gift boxes, but on my dispatch email it say , only card & shower gel dispatched!!!!.... does this mean I wont be getting my two gift boxes ???, as my email doesnt mention them at all.... anyone else have have this with thier bodyshop account different from their confirmation despatch email ????

On your account order is there a 1 next to your gift boxes? If theres a 0 like mine was this morning, u wont be getting them

can i ask you experts in prep for tomorrow:o;):p

does it mater in which order you add the 4 items?

also if i make more than one order can i order all 3 LYb cards on my name with the same email address and same dob??

also where does it ask for your dob, did it ask when you register-was so long ago i registered an account i can't remember if i ever input this info

must learn to sit in front of the computer more to catch these glitches...............am slacking in my old age lol

I ordered on first day, i ordered card, free shower gel and 2 wise woman creams, but when they packed my order the creams we're out of stock so they just sent the shower gel and card:(, others have only received one gift set if the other is out of stock, just depends what u ordered HTH

No you won't get the boxes, this happened with both of my orders for one of the boxes in each did you order vanilla and japanese cherry blossom? Those were the ones on my order that haven't been sent.

When did u order?? I think the strawberry is still in stock but the chocomania went out of stock really quick

I am not sure the order added matters but I did the rewards card first, then shower gel, then 2 gift boxes.

I did 3 orders all on same account with same email address and payment card, one to be delivered to my mum and 2 to me, it did not ask for any lyb card details like dob or the name it will be in. I wondered whether they took your details when you first use it in store, which would enable lyb cards to be given as gifts?
